Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and develop relationships with key general trade customers (e.g., wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure proper execution of trade agreements and promotional plans
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory or accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at the point of sale.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new customers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and opportunities..
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to route coverage and sales KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing.
- Prior experience in FMCG (preffered in Beauty Industry), retail, or distribution industries is a strong advantages
- Experience in General Trade (as opposed to Modern Trade) is usually required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- Solid understanding of sales and distribution models.
- Data-driven: ability to analyze sales reports, stock levels, and market trends.
- Time management and multitasking.
