Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Communicate and manage relationship with key person at Modern Trade handled.
  • Handle trading term and negotiate to meet the win win solution with Modern Trade.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company’s product or service portfolio within key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities.
  • Client-focused, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
