Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Communicate and manage relationship with key person at Modern Trade handled.
Handle trading term and negotiate to meet the win win solution with Modern Trade.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company’s product or service portfolio within key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities.
Client-focused, with a strong customer service orientation.
Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
