  • Monitor orders from customers across all channels/marketplaces to ensure processing in the warehouse partner (WH Partner) as per SLA.
  • Verify order data.
  • Process and analyse incoming orders accordingly.
  • Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors.
  • Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a positive work environment according to the company’s values and ensure that all team members are aligned.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback.
  • Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the implementation of improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
  • Self-motivated and highly initiative.
  • A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
  • Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willing to work in all SIRCLO’s warehouse (Tangerang, etc).
