  • Work with Business Analysts and Software Engineers to learn about project needs.
  • Help with user research and study market trends to make better design choices.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends.
  • Learn to make designs clear and easy to use.
  • Create simple designs like wireframes and prototypes.
  • Design with the user in mind, guided by senior designers.
  • Keep our design styles like fonts and colors consistent in all projects.
  • Solve UX problems, focusing on how responsive and easy to use the designs are.
  • Make original graphics and learn about digital design.
  • Write clear texts for apps with help from seniors.
  • Improve your skills in design principles and UX best practices.
  • Be involved in all steps of the design process, from start to end.
  • Learn how to plan projects and work with teams.
  • Take part in design discussions and use feedback to get better.
  • Get training and advice from experienced designers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Min. 0 - less than 1 year of experience (For Fresh Graduate)
  • Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Comfortable with design tools such as Adobe XD/Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and wireframe tools (e.g., InVision).
  • Knowledge of typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
  • Portfolio showcasing class projects, personal projects, or internships relevant to UI/UX.
  • Proficient in communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability.
  • Experience in participating in projects to demonstrate hands-on skills.
  • Open to constructive criticism and able to incorporate it into design improvements.
