Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle customer support tickets responsively and professionally
Troubleshoot technical issues via chat, email, or in-person meetings
Build relationships and engage with merchants
Conduct on-site warehouse visits to troubleshoot issues in the field
Collaborate with technical, product, and warehouse operations teams
Document findings and share learnings with the team

Kualifikasi

Strong interpersonal & communication skills — comfortable interacting with merchants, able to explain technical concepts simply, and build rapport
Flexible & field-ready — willing to visit warehouses on-site, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Quick learner & problem-solver — fast to pick up new systems, proactive in troubleshooting, not easily stuck on issues
Detail-oriented — meticulous documentation and careful ticket handling

NICE TO HAVE

E-commerce experience
Warehouse/fulfillment knowledge
Familiarity with customer support tools or helpdesk systems
