Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work together with core project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Keep up to date with key project milestones and update management team and affected business users accordingly
- Report on project progress in different forums and representing different subsidiary businesses
- Facilitating Cross-Channel feedback and issue from clients to engineer or respective teams
- Escalate issues when required
- Hold and drive weekly project meetings with relevant stakeholders from various subsidiary business units
- Managing project management documents such as Change Request, Gantt Chart, User Manual, etc
- Build a good understanding of the platforms deployed and business units to be able to contribute to project implementation
- perform rough testing system based on clients' requirements
Kualifikasi
- Ability to communicate verbally, written, and presentation in English
- At least have experience related to project managing, dealing with clients or IT scope project related
- IPK 3.00 at minimum
- Preferably has an experience with IT Background
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and have difficult conversations with stakeholders where required
- Able to use initiative to overcome obstacles
- Able to maintain a high level view of projects
- High attention to detail
