Job Overview:
As a Junior Project and Account Manager, you will be the key link between our clients and internal teams. You will help manage software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they stay on track, within scope, and aligned with our clients' goals. You'll maintain strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring their needs are met.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance.
- Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and resolving them.
- Prepare project reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior project managers with administrative tasks and client management.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensuring smooth project handoffs.
- Maintain documentation for project planning and execution.
- Handle client feedback and ensure it is communicated effectively to the team.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role in the Software Industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the software industry.
