Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Build and maintain effective communication with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in line with KPI and SLA.
  • Manage settlement processes by coordinating with partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor and support partners in achieving KPIs, including but not limited to fulfillment rate, SLA in order processing, and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues related to settlement and order fulfillment processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Contribute to company initiatives in expanding and maintaining a high-quality partner network.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
  • Experience in coordinating with external stakeholders or partners is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple partners at once.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and account management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and basic data analysis.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes if required.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BSD, Tangerang), with at least 2 days per week in the office and full office presence at month-end, based on business needs.
