Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Network Engineer what will you do is below:
- Supporting daily activity in customer such as adding/changing configuration, etc
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs based on daily activity
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting and solving customer's problems
- Provide technical documentation and willingness to work with next escalation level, principal, and also 3rd party
Kualifikasi
Requirement are below:
- Mandatory S1 of Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Having a minimum knowledge of networking technology such as static routing, dynamic routing, switching, spanning tree, firewalls, etc.
- Having knowledge and familiarity with Cisco Products
- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, and networking
- Ability to demostrate skills related network especially routing & switching
- Have a good communication skills and soft skill is preferable
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
