Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Obtaining a specific range of products from both current and newly acquired suppliers
- Constantly seeking substitute materials or different suppliers to align with budget constraints
- Engage in negotiations regarding the supply price to attain a competitive rate
- Cooperation concerning product pricing strategies
- Generating ideas and implementing projects to reduce costs
- Administer the timely processing and maintenance of purchase orders and final orders
- Stay Updated on the progress of requisitions, contracts and orders
- Maintain a balance in stock levels corresponding to merchandise movements
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish mutually agreed- upon contract terms
- Cultivate existing supplier relationships and seek out new sources for upcoming products
- Engage with suppliers schedule, hasten deliveries , and resolve delivery-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing or, detail specific to be related sectors
- Proficiency in sales & Stock management with a proven track record
- Ability to consistently identify alternative materials/vendors within budget constraints
- Familiarity with industry costs and a demonstrated expertise in price negotiations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong skills ini sales analysis and forecasting
- Extensive network of suppliers in relevant categories
- Meticulously detail – oriented, capable of working independently an under pressure
