As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our market strategies, ensuring that we stay ahead of consumer trends and industry shifts.
Master Market Research Methodologies
- Apply various research tools and techniques, including NIQ Retail Audit and Brand Health Tracking, to extract meaningful insights.
Conduct & Moderate Research
- Lead in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) to better understand consumer behavior.
Collaborate with Research Partners
- Coordinate with external agencies to design and implement research methodologies that provide actionable business results.
Drive Market & Consumer Understanding
- Lead efforts to support innovation and renovation processes through data-driven insights.
Solve Business Challenges
- Identify business partners’ key issues and translate them into clear, detailed research briefs.
Analyze & Interpret Data
- Apply strong analytical skills to extract trends, patterns, and key takeaways for business growth.
Work Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate effectively with multiple teams, ensuring insights drive real business impact.
Kualifikasi
✅ Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or consumer insights (FMCG experience preferred).
✅ Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies & tools (e.g., NIQ Retail Audit, Brand Health Tracking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- A natural curiosity – comfortable with ambiguity and eager to find innovative solutions.
✅ Attitude: A go-getter with a growth mindset and passion for delivering results.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
✅ Others:
- Willing to travel around Indonesia and overseas
- Willing to work in Puri Indah, West Jakarta, Indonesia
