Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement QA policies, frameworks, and documentation systems.
- Lead external and internal audits, regulatory inspections, and certifications (e.g., Halal, BPOM).
- Monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) effectiveness.
- Drive QA alignment across production, warehouse, and distribution hubs.
- Train teams and ensure QA knowledge dissemination across functions.
Kualifikasi
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).
- Audit management and report writing.
- Understanding of traceability systems, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, QMS platforms, audit software.
- Leadership and team management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
