Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide and reconcile sales and inventory reports for Commercial/Finance Team on a regular basis with high accuracy and effectiveness.
Coordinate with a Supply Chain & Operations Team to prepare or reconcile stock & claim calculation reports for principals.
Assist manager in-charge in preparing financial performance reports with strong analysis.
Assist supply chain team to prepare ideal inventory simulations.
Provide inventory performance for any Warehouse Location.
Assist stock opname process from beginning to end as requested.

Kualifikasi

Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in related fields.
Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
Self-motivated and highly initiative.
A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
Possess a high level of proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
Having knowledge or able to use oracle, Odoo or WMS will be an advantage
Possess excellent communication skills.
Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work in flexible hours.
Willing to work in SIRCLO’s warehouse (Tangerang).
