Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of the sales report.
  • Prepare financial administration documents related to invoice processing.
  • Identify and summarise finance terms in accordance with the principal or clients.
  • Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
  • Update financial data on the internal system.
  • Review and apply the company’s financial policies.

Kualifikasi

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics System, or Accounting is preferred.
  • Proven experience including internships in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Willing to work in hybrid arrangement (BSD, South Tangerang).
