Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Document Collection and Verification: Collect and verify all necessary client documents for visa applications, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter client and document information into relevant systems or databases, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Document Organization: Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Document Creation: Create and format required documents for visa application.
  • Document Review: Thoroughly review generated documents and client submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa requirements.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with account managers and customer support to ensure seamless document processing and address any issues or gaps.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in document creation, document management, data entry, or administrative roles, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and any relevant CRM or document management tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in documents and correct them as needed.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Indonesian for accurate document generation and communication with clients.
