WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Create a complete pitch deck in terms of research, marketing strategy and digital marketing to convince potential clients.
- Create a solid, clear and comprehensive media plan in terms of research, marketing strategy and digital marketing.
- Create an upselling deck that considers the history of digital marketing performance and considers the company's internal interests.
- Create relevant case studies from previous performance portfolios to convince potential clients.
- Assist with account executive introduction meetings to increase the credibility of the company's expertise.
- Help the ads optimizer in determining the learning plan, learning objectives and learning period.
- Monitoring the progress of the project including performance history and project timeline from onboarding to the end of the period.
- Help ads optimizer ensure KPI / key metric expectations are achieved.
- Help ads optimizer create insight stories and accountability reports by considering marketing and digital marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE :
1. Strategic Understanding of Paid Advertising:
Strong conceptual knowledge of ad campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization principles across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
2. Familiarity with Platform-Specific Best Practices:
Ability to interpret and apply best practices from each ad platform to guide overall campaign direction and align with marketing objectives.
3. Knowledge of Tracking & Attribution:
Clear understanding of how ad tracking works, including pixels, UTMs, and conversion APIs.
4. Data-Driven Thinking:
Skilled in reading and interpreting campaign reports and performance dashboards to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Able to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Leadership:
Works closely with media buyers, creative teams, and analysts to ensure strategic alignment.
Capable of giving actionable feedback and guiding others toward achieving campaign goals.
6. Communication Skills:
Strong ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Can bridge the gap between creative vision and performance execution.
7. Continuous Learning:
Keeps up with changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and emerging tools or features.
Kualifikasi
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
- Female/Male, Min 25 – 28 year old.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have Digital Marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Tiktok Ads).
- Preference has experience from Digital Creative Agency Marketing.
- Experience make Pitching Deck for Client and present to Client.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
- Good Communication & Interpersoal.
- Willing for On Site Working.
