  • Praovide technical assistance and product support to customers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Assist customers with the onboarding process to ensure successful project implementation.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Knowledge of ERP and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
