About the Role
As a Junior Creative at Redwoods Digital, you’ll be part of the creative team that brings ideas to life for multiple brands, across different platforms and formats. You’ll work closely with content, social media, strategy, and performance teams to develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, storylines, and visuals that are fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand direction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing ideas and concepts for digital campaigns, content series, and brand communication
- Create scripts, storylines, and creative decks for social media content and digital ads
- Support creative leads in moodboards, references, and concept planning
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, copywriters, strategists, and ads teams to execute ideas
- Participate in brainstorms and creative discussions
- Help ensure all creative output aligns with brand tone, message, and objectives
- Support production needs when required (shoot prep, prop ideas, etc.)
- Stay updated on creative trends, formats, and pop culture to inspire fresh thinking
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- A strong interest in digital content, storytelling, and branding
- Creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into visual/creative concepts
- Basic design or writing skills (doesn’t need to be advanced — willingness to learn is key)
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Portfolio or sample works (school projects, personal passion projects, or freelance work welcome)
