Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in producing short-form digital content and driving creative brainstorming processes.
- Strong copywriting capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of social media, audience behavior, and the execution of visual/textual hooks that drive high engagement.
- Enjoys experimenting with new content formats and creative approaches.Curious about content performance and always wants to improve.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI-driven creative tools to optimize production workflows and output.
