Role Overview

Support client engagements across strategy, finance, and operations by conducting research, building analyses, and developing client-ready deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants.

Responsibilities

Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
Conduct market, competitive, and financial research to inform client recommendations
Build financial models, scenario analyses, and operational assessments in Excel/Sheets
Develop concise presentations, memos, and reports for client leadership
Prepare materials for and support client workshops, interviews, and working sessions
Track workstream progress and flag risks or dependencies proactively
Maintain organized documentation and version control across deliverables

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.3)
2+ years in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or analytical roles
Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for modeling and presentations
Clear business writing and slide-making skills
Comfortable with tight deadlines and high attention to detail
Professional communication in client-facing situations
High ownership and ability to work independently
