Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Break down ambiguous business problems into clear, structured components.
Conduct market, industry, financial, and operational research to support client engagements.
Build clean, accurate analyses and financial models with clear insights and implications.
Develop concise, client-ready presentations, memos, and reports.
Support workshops, interviews, and meetings through preparation, note-taking, and synthesis.
Track workstream progress, risks, and dependencies with disciplined execution.
Maintain organized documentation and version control for all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with consulting leads and provide input on hypotheses, insights, and recommendations.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree from a top or competitive university.
Minimum GPA 3.3.
At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, research, or other analytical roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous issues.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for financial modeling, analysis, and scenario building.
Ability to conduct structured research and extract clear, actionable insights.
Strong business writing and slide-making skills with experience producing leadership-ready deliverables.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and professionalism in stakeholder or client-facing situations.
High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new industries, tools, and frameworks.
