Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Marketplace.
Create engaging ad creatives (visuals and copy) to drive conversions.
Monitor budgets and optimize for maximum ROAS.
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and web teams to optimize landing pages.
Analyze campaign data to measure performance against KPIs, such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
Provide reports and insights on campaign performance.
Use data to refine advertising strategies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital advertising.
Proficient in advertising platforms and A/B testing.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Good project management and communication skills.
Team player with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
