Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and monthly close processes.
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Maintaining documentation for full accounting cycle
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Performing monthly reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience work as Accountant or similar role
- Having computer abilities, having special skills to collect and gather update information.
- Being able to work with a team.
- Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent initiative, analytical thinking, planning and organizing skills, and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet timely obligations with finance flow.
- Knowledge of accounting processes, Indonesia’s tax regulation, payable and receivable payment process, banking payment process, and audit process.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal using English or Chinese.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Deadline-oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints.
