As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Assistant to join our finance team.
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Assist in generating financial reports and analysis to aid in decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh-graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
