Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other platforms.
- Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the operational team and customers to ensure clear and efficient communication.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Process Monitoring: Ensure the visa application process runs smoothly by tracking progress and updating customers regularly.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Kualifikasi
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, as they will be interacting with clients daily.
- High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
