Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support account and project teams in managing event projects from client brief and preparation through execution and project closing.
- Prepare meeting notes, project briefs, timelines, trackers, presentations, client updates, and supporting project documents.
- Follow up client feedback, approvals, revisions, deliverables, PICs, and deadlines to keep project progress on track.
- Coordinate daily project requirements with creative, production, vendors, support teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Handle internal administration and follow up required approvals, purchase requests, vendor documents, invoicing documents, and supporting paperwork.
- Support proposal development, research, presentation deck preparation, and client pitching materials.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all information, approvals, and latest project updates are recorded accurately.
- Assist client communication, meeting coordination, and regular project progress updates.
- Support onsite event preparation and execution, including coordination of client and internal team requirements.
- Assist with post-event documentation, reporting, billing support, and project closing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event agency, activation, account management, project coordination, or related roles.
- Good understanding of event and agency workflows from briefing, preparation, execution, until project closing.
- Strong coordination, documentation, administration, and follow-up skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn quickly.
- Willing to work onsite during events, including evenings or weekends when required.
