Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proposing product roadmap along with the prioritization.
- Leading product development end to end from ideation to release.
- Work closely with the cross-functional department (business development, operations, finance, external stakeholders) to define product value, create PRD, and estimate product ETA.
- Work closely with the project manager and engineering team to build the product and monitor development.
- Identify and develop the opportunity and gaps in the implementation and set up the plan to achieve the targets.
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across teams, product areas, and functions.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Kualifikasi
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a product manager
- Experience in Fintech or payment services companies is a plus
- Have a genuine passion for product-centric innovation
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating partner’s feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
- Experience in writing product docs, flow charts, wireframing, POC validation, product market fit
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
- Able to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Passion to build things, self-driven, high problem-solving skills and bar raiser.
- Strong values of ownership and bias for action
