Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in conducting IT audits and data privacy assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in gathering and reviewing data, documentation, and evidence for control effectiveness.
- Support the preparation of audit working papers and draft basic findings and observations.
- Assist in identifying data privacy risks and regulatory compliance gaps (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPA).
- Contribute to maintaining up-to-date records of audit activities and privacy-related observations.
- Support the team in performing basic data mapping, data classification, and data inventory exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in IT audit, data privacy, or GRC (internship experience is welcome).
- Basic understanding of IT governance, data privacy concepts, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
- Awareness of IT system architectures and data flows.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Comfortable using documentation and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive in supporting project tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team.
