Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events, including corporate conferences, trade shows, festivals, and major social gatherings.
- Coordinate with high-profile vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are seamlessly managed.
- Support lead event planners in creating detailed event timelines, schedules, and ideation.
- Participate in client meetings to understand complex event requirements and provide creative and logistical input.
- Assist in on-site event setup, coordination, and teardown, ensuring all elements run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning ideation for large scale events
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with high-profile clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in event planning and management.
