Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support day-to-day operations across business tools (e.g., CRM, project management, finance platforms).
- Assist with system configuration, user access setup, and maintaining clean data.
- Keep internal documentation and SOPs up to date.
- Help resolve simple system-related issues across departments.
- Support the testing and rollout of new tools, features, or automation workflows.
- Assist users with onboarding or troubleshooting basic tool issues.
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, IT support, or systems-related tasks.
- Comfortable with common business tools (Google Workspace, CRM, project tools).
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and structure.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Experience in implementing any ERP system is a plus.
- Interest in automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) or AI-enhanced workflows is plus point.
