Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Support the analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions
• Maintain documentation and track project progress
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis when needed
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
