Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and develop 3D models, textures, lighting, and renders for various creative projects.
- Support the visual concept development process based on briefs and creative direction.
- Refine and revise 3D assets according to internal or client feedback.
- Optimize 3D assets for use in animation, AR/VR, or other digital applications.
- Ensure consistency of design quality and brand alignment across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with the motion, graphic, and production teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in an agency or event production environment.
- Proficient in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Maya.
- Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Good sense of visual composition, shape, proportion, and color.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Plus point: experience in motion graphics, animation, or compositing (e.g., After Effects, Unreal Engine, Unity).
