• You will gather requirements for Project requests and work with internal Paradigm stakeholders, who have various levels , to identify needs to optimize and support our system.
• You will perform an analysis and review of current workflows, projects, permissions & functionality to find areas of improvement.
• You will work with & support end-users to gather requirements, identify, vet, install and administer plug-ins, add-ons, and extensions create and maintain filters, reports, dashboards, workflows, fields, and schema.
• You will resolve issues as they arise with Projects in coordination with stakeholders and the IT team.
• You will develop and compile training materials based on the department’s needs and you will conduct training for employees and new hires regarding how to use the tools, new functionality, etc.
• You will perform application and system tasks and assist with version testing.
• You will create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
• You will establish and execute data stewardship and best practices in Atlassian systems.
• You will help maintain security standards and governance, including managing user permissions based on the needs of the project, functional area, or role
• You will assist with minor and major upgrades (including communications), schedule and coordinate maintenance, and lead performance tuning/scaling in conjunction with our hosting partner Interact with an existing customer for support and troubleshooting.
