Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilites:
- Report directly to the Head of IT Production & Technology Enablement.
- Lead and execute the implementation of AI initiatives within BCA Digital.
- Propose and drive AI-based innovations to enhance the Bank’s competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain AI tools and platforms that are accessible for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Design and implement AI-powered Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support business operations.
- Promote AI adoption through internal training, knowledge sharing, and socialization programs.
- Build strong collaboration and communication across teams, business units, and external partners to ensure effective synergy.
- Ensure compliance with risk management practices, IT governance, and applicable policies and regulations.
- Support audit processes by providing timely responses and following up on audit findings.
- Consistently apply IT culture values in daily work to contribute to the Bank’s overall goals.
- Contribute to the achievement of the IT Production & Technology Enablement Department’s KPIs.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Business, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, especially in AI technologies and digital banking trends.
- Familiar with cloud services, API integration, and AI/ML tools and platforms.
- Solid understanding of security principles, data privacy, and secure coding or secure configuration practices.
