Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
Collaborate, Develop and Monitor to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as IT Technical Lead.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
