Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
Setup/maintain workstations, user accounts
Monitor systems, apply security patches, and maintain IT inventory
Document solutions and inform simple instructions for common issues to colleagues

Kualifikasi

Preferred 2+ years IT support experience
Proficient in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
Networking essentials (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Hardware support (PC/laptops, printers, peripherals)
Support attitude and patience with non-IT users
Ability to document solutions clearly
Proactive problem-solver
