Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Academy's IT infrastructure, systems, and services to support educational and operational needs.
- Ensure seamless operations, security, and continuous improvement of IT resources.
- Work closely with other departments to align technology solutions with academic and organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or System Administration, including team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, system administration, hardware/software support, and IT security.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA) are an advantage, with willingness to provide on-site and after-hours support when required.
