  • Co-lead & assign daily support tickets, ensuring balanced workload and adherence to SLAs.
  • Assist in managing IT projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and well-documented.
  • Manage IT assets, software licensing, and vendor contracts
  • Analyze support metrics and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and handle escalated support issues

Kualifikasi

  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years as leader or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to create and maintain detailed IT documentation and processes
  • Strong administrative skills in asset management, licensing, and vendor coordination
  • Technical proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication skills and a meticulous, process-driven work style
