Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the IT team in providing technical support to end-users
- Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Support hardware and network troubleshooting activities
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory records
- Participate in IT projects and daily operational tasks
- Learn and apply IT service management best practices
Kualifikasi
- SMK graduate or final year student in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Good communication and problem-solving attitude
- Available for minimum 6 months internship period
