Job Description:
- Organize and maintain relevant information within Lark channels and documents.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and authentication within the company's systems.
- Install and configure software and hardware systems on IT devices.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
- Managing IT assets of equipment and components.
- Maintains records and databases containing information regarding asset management & licenses for the organizations hardware and software.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support & Asset Management.
- Proficiency in setting & operating IT networks (such as Mikrotik, Unify, Engenius, CCTV, IPPBX).
- Proficiency in setting & operating Lark Suites.
- Proactive, fast response and have a sense of urgency.
- Self-organized, detail oriented and team oriented.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks/projects and reporting.
- Problem solving to determine the problem and find an effective solution.
