Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Provide day-to-day IT support and helpdesk assistance to employees.
  2. Prepare and set up laptops, desktops, and other IT devices.
  3. Install, configure, and update required software and applications.
  4. Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and device-related issues.
  5. Conduct routine maintenance and checks on laptops, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  6. Maintain records and inventory of IT assets and devices.
  7. Escalate technical issues to the relevant team or vendor when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  3. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, IP address, and internet connectivity.
  4. Familiar with laptop/desktop setup, maintenance, and peripheral devices.
  5. Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  6. Good communication skills and comfortable assisting users with technical issues.
  7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
