Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Provide technical support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners)
- Install and manage operating systems (primarily Windows)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates
- Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support
- Proven experience as IT Support, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of, Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory & Hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
