Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for all employees.
  2. Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, devices, and software. Ensure smooth offboarding, including removing access to systems and securing data.
  3. Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and backups to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
  4. Monitor and maintain data security protocols, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and access controls to protect sensitive employee information.
  5. Assist in selecting and setting up hardware and software resources as required by internal teams, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Manage system access for all employees, ensuring they have the appropriate levels of access to perform their roles while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and IT systems maintenance..
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS systems, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, network management, and IT documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with non-technical staff.
