Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Monitoring and maintaining company’s IT infrastructure including hardware, data & storage, networks, and systems
  2. Managing admin-related Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Cloud)
  3. Managing and performing regular maintenance on company devices
  4. Providing technical assistance and support to users
  5. Troubleshooting technical problems including network, security issues and incidents
  6. Implementing, overseeing, and upgrading (if necessary) security measures to protect the company’s data, systems and information, including cyber security training for employees
  7. Evaluating company’s security needs and establishing best practices and standards accordingly
  8. Assisting in any security breach investigations

Kualifikasi

Must-Have Requirements:

  1. Min. 1 year experience in IT Support position or cyber security-related duties would be an advantage
  2. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks – Microsoft 365, Windows OS 10 or 11, and IT infrastructures & Security such as switch, access points, firewall
  3. Experienced or familiar with basic network configuration such as VLAN
  4. Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a mandatory
  5. Good communication skill, responsive, proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Have the ability to see problems, troubleshoot and fix issues

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma/bachelor's degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Information System
  2. Experienced or familiar with Virtual Desktop Services such as AWS, Citrix, etc.
  3. Up to date knowledge of the latest cyber security trends
  4. Have knowledge and high interest in IT field and Information Security concepts
  5. Experience in data protection, privacy, and compliance
  6. Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks
  7. Willing to work in flexible hours to handle urgent issues
