Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security.
- Provide direction and support to the IT Team, fostering environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Responsible to lead the IT team to troubleshoot, monitor, control, develop, install, upgrade, maintain, and support all IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT solutions that support foundation’s operations.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring that All IT Equipment and software are up-to-date and fully licensed.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Prepare and submit group and local reporting requested by Management and/or JA Worldwide.
- Become the IT Link person between PJI and the entities mobilizing IT innovations within JA Worldwide and other partners.
- Possess a practical understanding of the application of IT strategies and tools within education in support of policy.
- Assist in the production of applications for funding or submission of reports for initiatives with an IT focus.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest innovations and assessing possibilities for mobilization within PJI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role
- Fluent in English is a must
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and take initiative
- Ability to respond positively to challenges associated with programmatic and organizational growth
- Ability to provide training and updating of technology to all staff members as necessary.
- Possess a global perspective accessing technology tools and strategies from within the JA Worldwide network (and elsewhere) and applying these in Indonesia.
- Advanced in logic and algorithm
- Strong knowledge and experience in coding and programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS), Microsoft Office 365, Infrastructure, and network
- Periodic travel outside of Jakarta required
