Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Service Management/ITSM area (ITSM Implementation, ITSM improvement and ISO 20000 Certification).
- Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks
- Lead a team of ITSM implementations
- Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team
- Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC compliance, best practices, frameworks, or standards.
- Acts in an advisory capacity providing expertise and professional knowledge to executive management on ITIL implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal 7 years experience in IT Service Management, IT Operation, or Service Desk Manager.
- Minimal 7 years in ITSM Project as Consultant.
- Certified in ITSM field such as ITILV3 Intermediate, ITILV4, and/or ISO 20000 Auditor.
- Bachelor’s degree in information system (IS) or Information Technology (IT)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Flexible and positive attitude towards work
- Willing to travel out of town
