Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead the SAP team in managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP systems.
  • Oversee SAP daily operations to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
  • Manage SAP projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with business users to identify improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for SAP support and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
  • Develop SAP roadmap and guide the team through upgrades or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA).
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation.
  • Train, coach, and supervise SAP functional and technical team members.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of SAP experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of major SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Basis, ABAP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
  • Good understanding of SAP system integration and business processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • SAP or project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
