Job Summary
Create, execute and monitor experiments to test new framework and techniques to improve existing products or processes. Develop standards (technical, design patterns, tools) in the development of existing applications in the company to be able to align and keep up with the latest technology and improve application management process
Principal Accountabilities
- Stay abreast of technological developments in their area of expertise to ensure the company's products stay ahead
- Leading project teams and managing all team members to ensure project completion.
- Creating detailed plans with various teams including the engineering and marketing teams to manage product development and production.
- Performing market research to determine what types of products consumers need the most and to evaluate an existing product's current market performance.
- Working alongside other engineers and developers to mock up product designs.
- Working with the marketing & Business Unit Manager department to create sales plans for future company products.
Kualifikasi
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
- Understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Development
- Expertise in multiple major programming languages with front-end framework (Angular typescript, HTML, CSS), back-end in Java, Spring Boot Framework, PostgreSQL Database, & Rest API
- Good understanding of layout and basic user interface design principles
- Experience doing writing unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to do research and explore new things
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3 Year Experience as Senior Full Stack Developer or lead software engineer
- Preferable background company from HRIS, SaaS, or IT Solutions
- Bachelor or Master Degree with Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Managing multiple tasks and project and also having experience lead a small team is an advantage
- Clear communication and fluent in english is a plus
- Research and conceptual thinking is a must
