Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, execute, and conclude software projects within the organization
- Coordinate and lead project teams for timely and on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors
- Ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
- Foster successful project delivery by working closely with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Fluency of agile methodologies (scrum) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such: Trello, Jira.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and relevant technologies.
