- Proven experience managing digital projects and teams with focus on quality, timeliness, and budget.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating project documentation, user scenarios, and user stories.
- Attention to detail and passion for creative product development.
- Enthusiastic about working in a positive, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ProofHub, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
Kualifikasi
- Define project scope with Program Manager and clients.
- Develop, update, and monitor project timelines and strategies.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative, productive work environment.
- Make informed, timely decisions to address project challenges, ensuring continuity and alignment with project goals.
- Manage task delegation, backlog prioritization, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Review deliverables to uphold quality standards and maintain documentation.
