Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define scope of projects in collaboration with Account Manager and clients
- Create, update, and monitor project strategies and timeline.
- Manage day-to-day operation which includes:
- Assignment to all project members,
- Keeps the backlog correctly prioritized.
- Ensure smooth and on-time delivery within the correct priority order.
- Issues escalation to the respective managers.
- Manage smooth relationships with clients, external partners, and team members.
- Review deliverable before sending to clients to ensure the quality of the product
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Kualifikasi
- has experience in managing digital project and team to make sure the result is delivered in high quality, on time, and on budget,
- has experience in maintaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders,
- has experience in writing project document, user scenarios and user story based on the requirement,
- has attention to detail,
- is deeply interest in creative product development,
- is passionate to be involved in the development of high quality creative digital application, and
- wants to work in a studio with fun and positive atmosphere together with friendly and passionate people
- has familiarity with Proofhub, Trello, Jira (or other project management tools) is a plus.
